Dr. Adam D. Shatz has been a specialist in the field of orthodontics with over seventeen years of experience. Highly educated, he attended the State University of New York at Albany to obtain his Bachelor of Science in Biology, where he graduated Cum Laude. He then obtained his Doctorate of Dental Surgery and completed an Orthodontic Residency at the State University of New York at Stony Brook, School of Dental Medicine.
To keep up-to-date on the latest techniques and technology in orthodontics, Dr. Shatz holds memberships in many professional organizations, including the American Association of Orthodontists, the World Federation of Orthodontists, the Northeast Society of Orthodontists, the Nassau County Dental Society, the American Dental Association, and the Dental Society of the State of New York.
